• Graduates of the Elementary Education Program may receive a transcript endorsement indicating the completion of a state-approved program in Elementary Education (greades k-6) with ESOL and Reading Endorsement. Edison State College is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award baccalaureate degrees, associate degrees and certificates. On February 20, 2007 the Florida Board of Education approved Edison State College the authority to offer Baccalaureate Degrees in Secondary Mathematics and Secondary Biology. Edison State College was later granted permission to offer Baccalaureate Degrees in Elementary Education and Middle Grades Mathematics, Middle Grades Science, and Middle Grades Language Arts.
