Rapid Recovery Clearinghouse Information Sessions
Weekly community orientations and Q/A sessions are offered at Edison's Lee, Collier, and Charlotte campuses. These sessions provide specific information and process guidance regarding enrollment in Edison's Rapid Recovery program, as well as general information regarding the American Recovery and Reinvestment.

Job Training
Edison State College offers four Rapid Recovery Job Training options:
Ready to Work Program ® - Florida Ready to Work is a credential program recognized by employers throughout the State.
College Certificate Programs – Certificate programs provide students with a specific skill set. Specific course clusters can be applied toward certificate and Associate Degree programs. Courses vary in length ranging from one to three semesters.
Associate of Science Degrees – The Associate in Science degree programs are generally two years in length. The A.S. degrees affiliated with Rapid Recovery funding offer many baccalaureate transfer options.
Bachelor’s Degrees - Students that have previously completed the equivalent of a two year degree may qualify for Rapid Recovery funding of a four year Bachelor (baccalaureate) degree in the fields such as management, supervision, or education.
Ready to Work Program®
The Ready to Work Program® is a credential program that gives potential employees valuable tools and helps employers obtain the skilled employees they need. The program evaluates individuals on three assessments, including Reading for Information, Applied Mathematics, and Locating Information. Individuals who master these areas obtain the Ready to Work Credential. Florida Ready to Work is funded by the Florida Legislature and there is no cost for participation.
