Better You from Blue Next Steps Program

Did you know Florida Blue members have access to FREE Individualized Health Coaching Sessions? These sessions are available onsite or over the phone and are staffed by Registered Nurses and Health Educators. The sessions are available in English, Spanish and Creole. The Next Steps Program also:

• Provides assistance in making better choices for a healthier lifestyle
• Provides tools and resources to reach your wellness goals and help identify risk factors
• Provides information that will help make informed health care decisions and assistance in talking to your health care provider about specific risk factors
• Provides assistance with personal goal setting

Better You from Blue (BYfB) health coaches will also be present at the Wellness Fair. They will be available to you to answer questions and provide guidance on lifestyle changes that could lead to improved health.
