Academic advising is an integral part of a student's success here at Edison State College. Following Orientation and Placement Testing, each degree seeking student meets with an Academic Advising Specialist who will assist the student in the following:

• Designing an educational plan to accomplish the objective desired by the student
• Understanding the General Education Program of the College
• Selecting courses for long-range educational goals
• Resolving difficulties encountered by the student in understanding educational programs and transfer requirements
• Monitoring the student's progress toward educational goals

Academic Advising Department Hours

Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 7:00pm, Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

• International Students
