The Admissions and Registrations Department on the Collier Campus is responsible for administering Edison's Admissions policies and for providing information regarding admissions process and requirements, residency requirements, students’ privacy rights, and classification of students.

Students wishing to appeal their initial residency classification must submit an Appeal of Resident Status within 10 calendar days prior to the first day of class to the Office of the Registrar. The Dean of Student Services, the Associate Dean of Enrollment Management and the College Registrar serve as the Residency Appeals Committee for Edison State College.
