College Prep Lab
Located in the Academic Success Center, B 101

The College Prep Lab assists students enrolled in any of the college preparatory classes. These classes are listed at the college as 9000 classes:

 REA 9001, REA 9002, REA 9003,
 ENC 9010, ENC 9020, ENC 9021,
 MAT 9002, MAT 9013, MAT 9020, MAT 9024

Students are placed into these classes based on their FCELPT (College Placement Test), SAT, or ACT scores.

• Professional and Peer tutors are available to assist students with their college prep work
• Resources are available for these classes and vary for each subject (i.e. Math, Writing and Study Skills DVD’s, practice tests and worksheets) .
• Students needing extra help may also ask for a tutor at the Tutoring office or for Study and Test Taking skills help at the SOAR office, all located within the Academic Success Center
